In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

2.1 By accessing wa999, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and wa999. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2.3 wa999 is an English-language platform primarily serving members located in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. By using wa999, you represent and warrant that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

3.1 Registration Requirements. To access wa999's betting and casino services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual person may maintain only one active wa999 account at any time. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether in the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. wa999 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts shall result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and may result in forfeiture of any balances.

3.3 Account Accuracy. You warrant that all information provided to wa999 during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. wa999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence in support of any information provided, at any time and without prior notice.

3.4 KYC Verification. wa999 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card — CNIC — for Pakistani nationals);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent, not more than three months old);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirmation);
• Any additional documentation that wa999 may reasonably require to fulfil its anti-money laundering or responsible gaming obligations.

3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wa999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wa999 accepts no liability for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify wa999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.1 By registering on wa999, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. wa999 will verify this representation through its KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the source payment account. Any winnings generated by an underage user shall be forfeit.

4.2 wa999 reserves the right to suspend any account pending age verification at any time, including prior to the completion of the formal KYC process, where wa999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member may not meet the minimum age requirement.

4.3 Eligibility Restrictions. In addition to the age requirement, the following persons are not eligible to register or hold an account on wa999:

• Employees of wa999 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or parent entities;
• Immediate family members of wa999 employees (spouse, parent, sibling, child);
• Persons who are self-excluded from wa999 or any affiliated platform;
• Persons located in or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Persons who have previously had their wa999 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wa999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. wa999 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on wa999 is Rs 500. wa999 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit limits at any time. Current limits are displayed on the Wallet page of the Platform.

5.3 Deposit Fees. wa999 does not charge fees on deposits made via any of the supported Pakistani payment methods listed above. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which wa999 has no control.

5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds into your wa999 account from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts registered in another person's name are prohibited. wa999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it determines has originated from a payment account not registered in the Member's name.

5.5 Source of Funds. wa999 may at any time request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your account, as required under anti-money laundering obligations applicable to wa999's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and retention of funds pending investigation.

5.6 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically credited within the same business day. wa999 accepts no liability for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing systems.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed once a Member has completed KYC verification to wa999's satisfaction. wa999 will not process any withdrawal from an account that has not been fully verified.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to that method supporting outward payments. wa999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals to any new or previously unused payment method.

6.4 Processing Timeframes. wa999 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: Within 4 hours of approval during business hours;
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank: Within 24 hours of approval on business days.

These timeframes represent wa999's internal processing targets and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to banking system outages, additional verification requirements, or regulatory holds. wa999 shall not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real money deposits are freely withdrawable at any time, subject to identification verification requirements.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on wa999 are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. Bonus terms are published in full on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a Member's wa999 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each promotion are specified in that promotion's terms.

7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotion only once. wa999 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to one per household, one per shared IP address, or one per payment method.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. wa999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or terminate the Member's account — where wa999 determines, acting reasonably, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; systematically exploiting promotions in a manner contrary to their spirit and intent.

7.5 wa999's Discretion. wa999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are a commercial gesture and not a contractual entitlement unless a Member has already taken material steps to fulfil applicable requirements.

7.6 Expiry. All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements have a finite expiry period as specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire automatically on the date stated. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Member's account without compensation.

8.1 All sports bets placed on wa999 are subject to the applicable sport-specific betting rules published on the Platform, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any discrepancy between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that sporting event.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. wa999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the odds were displayed in error; the Member is suspected of match fixing, insider information, or corrupt activity; the bet constitutes an obvious system or technical error; or where the bet exceeds applicable single-bet or account-level limits.

8.3 Cricket Betting. wa999 offers extensive cricket betting markets including PSL, international T20 and Test matches, and ICC tournaments. Ball-by-ball live betting markets are available on selected matches. Live betting markets on wa999 may be suspended at any time during a live event at wa999's discretion. Bets placed after an event's scheduled start time — where live betting has not been enabled — shall be void.

8.4 Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets on wa999 and are displayed on the relevant market at the time of bet placement. wa999 reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits where a Member's betting pattern is identified as professional or advantage betting.

8.5 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void by wa999 in circumstances including: event cancellation or abandonment; incorrect odds due to technical or human error; fixture postponement beyond the applicable settlement window; and events subject to integrity investigation. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned).

8.6 Results Disputes. wa999 will settle all bets based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting governing body. In the event of any discrepancy, wa999's determination shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 16.

9.1 Fair Play Certification. All casino games available on wa999 — including live dealer games (Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) and slot games — are provided by certified third-party game studios. Random Number Generators used in non-live games are independently tested and certified. Live dealer games use physically dealt cards under live camera supervision.

9.2 RTP Disclosure. wa999 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games available on the Platform. Live dealer game rules and house edge information are available within each game interface. RTP percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

9.3 Game Malfunction. In the event of any game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino game session, wa999 shall use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where this is not possible, wa999 may void the affected game round. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this principle applies to all games on wa999.

9.4 Progressive Jackpots. Progressive jackpot games on wa999 contribute to and draw from pooled jackpot networks maintained by the game provider. wa999 is not responsible for the administration or funding of third-party progressive jackpot pools and shall not be liable for any failure of the jackpot system attributable to the game provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wa999:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one wa999 account;
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a wa999 account;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your payment provider after placing bets with the relevant funds on wa999;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, arbitrage, or contrary-to-spirit betting strategies;
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with casino games on wa999;
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the manipulation of any sporting event on which bets are offered;
• Money Laundering: Using wa999 to launder, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, false KYC documents, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction of residence;
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, technical error, or system vulnerability in wa999 for financial gain.

11.1 All content published on wa999, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of wa999 or its content and game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use wa999 for personal, non-commercial betting and casino gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on wa999.

11.3 The wa999 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of wa999's operating entity. You may not use any wa999 trademark, trade name, or branding without prior written consent.

12.1 wa999's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the wa999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and wa999.

12.2 By registering on wa999, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes processing for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, marketing communications (where separately consented), and regulatory compliance.

12.3 wa999 does not sell or commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, game studios, and regulatory authorities as required under wa999's licensing obligations. All third-party data processors engaged by wa999 are bound by data processing agreements consistent with applicable data protection standards.

13.1 wa999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. wa999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance downtime will be communicated to Members where reasonably practicable.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wa999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use wa999, regardless of whether wa999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.3 wa999's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit wa999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

14.1 wa999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing problem gambling among its Members. wa999 provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered Members from within their account settings.

14.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all wa999 Members:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps, effective immediately on setting;
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on net betting losses;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration with automatic logout on expiry;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for between 24 hours and 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure with a request to prevent future re-registration.

14.3 Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases or removal of restrictions are subject to a minimum 72-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of activation.

15.1 You may close your wa999 account at any time by contacting wa999 support. Upon closure of your account, any real money balance remaining (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.

15.2 wa999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's account, with or without prior notice, where wa999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in any prohibited activity, has provided false information, is underage, or where required to do so by law or regulatory direction.

15.3 In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, wa999 may freeze account funds pending investigation and may retain those funds for as long as is legally required to cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory enquiries.

15.4 Termination of your account for breach of these Terms does not affect any rights or liabilities that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wa999's international gaming licence is held.

16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of wa999, you should first contact wa999's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. wa999 commits to responding to formal disputes within five business days and to working in good faith to resolve disputes fairly.

16.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through wa999's internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under wa999's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request.

16.4 Nothing in this Section limits your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.

17.1 wa999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

17.2 Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect Members' rights or obligations — wa999 will notify Members via email to the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

17.3 Your continued use of wa999 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
